Camden serves as the Creative Director of Zip Code East Bay, embodying the organization's commitment to community service through education and engagement. Passionate about sharing valuable information, Camden creates content that covers a range of topics—from green-living tips and local historical facts to neighborhood parks and utility resources—ensuring that each piece is not only interesting but also contributes to the betterment of the local community.
Outside of her role at Zip Code East Bay, Camden is an accomplished artist and publisher. She creates and publishes small editioned artist books through her imprint, Liminal Press + Bindery, which are included in both public and private collections. Camden teaches printmaking workshops in local public schools and art studios, collaborates with Good Guest Kensington to support the Lisjan Nation’s rematriation efforts, and volunteers with local book arts organizations. She is also a dedicated mother to three beautiful children.
Previously, Camden served as a professor and director of the book art graduate program at Mills College at Northeastern University, and was an adjunct faculty member at the Corcoran College of Art + Design. Her professional background includes work in design and communications for boutique firms and nonprofit organizations. Camden holds a BA in English/Art History from Boston College, an AFA in Graphic Design, and an MA in Art and the Book from the Corcoran College of Art + Design.
